Roles & Responsibility :
- Reminder Calls
- Follow up calls
- Customer mapping by different online portals
- Lead generation by various means allotted
- Report generation
- Inform Advisor about the customer visit
- Collect contact information of the walk in clients & pass the same to the adviser and team
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good Communication skills.
- English Proficiency.
- ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED*
- Tele calling experience in luxury retails preferred.
- Managing customers
- MS office (word & excel) basic knowledge required
- Positive attitude towards work
- Minimum HSC or Graduate from any stream must)].
- Must have at least 1 to 4years of experience
