ROLE OVERVIEW

Galaxy Auto Works is looking for experienced Diagnostic Service Advisors who can understand customer concerns, translate them into accurate technical information, and coordinate effectively between customers and the workshop team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong automotive knowledge, excellent customer-handling abilities, and relevant experience with premium, luxury, or supercars.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understand customer concerns and convert them into clear and accurate technical information.

2. Conduct a detailed vehicle reception process and accurately document all customer-reported concerns.

3. Interpret diagnostic findings, fault codes, inspection reports, and technician observations.

4. Coordinate effectively with the technical, workshop, operations, and customer relationship teams.

5. Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization before commencing any repair work.

6. Explain inspection findings, repair requirements, estimated timelines, and costs clearly and transparently to customers.

7. Provide customers with regular updates regarding the progress of their vehicle repairs.

8. Ensure that all authorized repairs and customer-reported concerns are properly completed and validated.

9. Coordinate the final inspection, documentation, and vehicle delivery process.

10. Maintain accurate records in the DMS, CRM, and other internal systems.

11. Support and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, transparency, service quality, and workshop excellence.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 5–10 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.

• Experience with premium, luxury, or supercars is preferred.

• A Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, fault codes, inspection procedures, DMS, and CRM platforms.

• Ability to understand complex technical findings and explain them clearly to customers.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Excellent coordination, documentation, customer-handling, and problem-solving abilities.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work effectively with technical teams in a fast-paced luxury automotive workshop environment.
