Your Role as Quality Controller & Validation Engineer
Final Quality Inspection
Conduct final quality inspections of serviced and repaired vehicles before delivery.
Repair Validation
Validate repair work, diagnostics and component replacements.
Quality & Safety
Ensure workshop processes comply with required quality and safety standards.
Road-Test Validation
Perform road tests and functional checks whenever required.
Quality Issue Resolution
Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to resolve identified quality concerns.

Core Requirements
- 3–7 years of relevant automotive experience preferred.
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of automobile systems and diagnostics.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Passion for premium, luxury, sports cars and supercars.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in quality control or vehicle inspection.
