CERTIFIED LUXURY & SUPERCAR SYSTEMS MASTER TECHNICIAN

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnostic Expertise: Diagnose the root cause of vehicle symptoms using advanced diagnostic tools and systematic testing methods, rather than relying only on parts replacement.
Diagnostic Data Interpretation: Accurately interpret Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), live data, wiring diagrams, technical information, and oscilloscope waveforms.
Mechanical and Electrical Repairs: Perform precision mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs on premium, luxury, and supercars.
System Testing and Validation: Test and validate the complete vehicle system after repairs to ensure that the original concern has been fully resolved.
Complex Problem-Solving: Analyse and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, and network-related vehicle faults efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and final quality checks to ensure that every repair meets Galaxy Auto Works’ technical and safety standards.
Technical Guidance: Guide, train, and mentor junior technicians during diagnostic procedures and complex repair work.
Workshop Quality Improvement: Support the workshop team in strengthening diagnostic accuracy, repair quality, productivity, and technical discipline.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of diagnostic findings, repair procedures, parts used, test results, and technical recommendations.
Safety Compliance: Follow all workshop safety procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and quality-control standards.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest luxury automotive technologies, diagnostic systems, repair methods, tools, and manufacturer procedures.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• 12–18 years of relevant automotive workshop experience.
• Experience working with premium, luxury, or supercars is mandatory.
• Candidates must possess one of the following full-time qualifications from a recognised institute:
– 2-year ITI qualification; or
– 3-year Diploma; or
– 4-year Bachelor’s Degree.
• The qualification must be in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related automotive technical field.
• Luxury automotive or OEM technical certification is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of modern vehicle mechanical, electrical, electronic, and diagnostic systems.
• Strong understanding of DTCs, live data, wiring diagrams, diagnostic procedures, and waveform analysis.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex automotive systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform precision repairs and validate the complete vehicle system.
• Ability to guide technicians and contribute to workshop quality improvement.
