I have an Audi A6, and I had been struggling with the upkeep of my car for years before I found these guys through the internet. I used to buy my own car parts and get them fitted by local mechanics, but it was not a sustainable process. It cost me less money, but it was a game of chance.
I found it difficult to find a workshop who charges reasonably for parts along with labor charges. But, Jitendra ji and his team are very transparent when it comes to pricing. Their team gives you options to choose from and don’t impose their thoughts upon you.
Jitendra ji is the owner of Galaxy Auto Works and with him he has a family of 15+ employees. They all believe in providing a thorough value proposition to their clients. All the boys are well trained, hospitable and really passionate about cars.
My car was handled by Juber, who is a service engineer. The work was done by a team of trained technicians/engineers lead by Bipin. He has 15+ years of experience working at various dealership run workshops of high end luxury cars. Not only him, but all the technicians have a similar level of experience.
I had given my car here for a complete suspension overhaul along with the replacement of axles and an intercooler. The work was done with precision and I couldn’t have asked for more.
Special shoutout to Neer Gala, who is an intern here. His love for cars and the hunger to keep learning is going to take him to places.
PS. Jitendra ji is an engineer and a thorough follower of processes. He believes in stringent training and has an eye for detail. He is a true leader and I’m sure it would be an absolute pleasure to work with him as an employee. He has been running this place since 1989 and I sincerely hope that this workshop always stays filled with plenty of cars, because they deserve it.

I’ve only visited Galaxy Auto Works once so far but I was very impressed with the service they provided and intend to return next time I need work doing on the car. After years of disappointment with the official Jaguar workshop (grossly overpriced work, the same issues repeating, problems arising shortly after a service or visit to the workshop) I decided to try Galaxy Auto Works out. It’s not a large set up but I’ve been very pleased with the work they have done. They were efficient and well-priced. The staff were, without exception, very friendly and helpful, and they kept me updated on the status of the repairs throughout.
