I generally dont write reviews but I do make exceptions once in a while. I am also hesitant to write 5-star reviews as that structurally means that nothing could have been done in a better way.

But here we are. I called Galaxy on their listed number just out of the blue, for some repair work. The person who picked the phone was not an "operator" but the head of technical services. That was quite surprising.

To add to that - He was genuinely courteous. And knowledgeable. And said he will revert in 30 min and did so. Its hard to find such people these days. This made me curious enough. So I personally then went down and met some people at the Auto works (I have never gone to visit a car garage before as its always been authorised garages - so I didnt need to.)

During ny visit, Each and every person, from technicians to front office to staff was exceptionally appropriate. Thats so hard to find these days that I instantly thought (in a reverse-logic way) that something must be wrong here!!! How can everything be so good.

But nothing was wrong. So I decided to leave my car for repairs. Purely on gut instinct.

And it got repaired fine. They kept me informed every day, several times a day on status of repairs. It was exceptional. I didnt haggle much on prices (I think). They seemed like high-road people, and hence its best to reciprocate.

Overall, I hope they continue to do what they are doing. What they do - Its very very good.

Lastly, when i came here to write this review, i was curious wrt the 1 star ones. I just read through about 20 of them. I am not sure what happened in those cases. At some places, Galaxy's responses hint at what happened wrt corruption or pricing disagreements. At others, its hard to say - maybe you open a bolt and it breaks. As long as you are willing to make amends - it shld be ok, i think. Overall for me, I will surely be returning to Galaxy for my car. They are a set of very interesting and competent people, who deliver great outcomes.
