• Braking (pads, discs, calipers, wear sensors, ABS/ESP hydraulics)

• EV parts (where applicable)

3) Warranty, Authenticity & Compliance

• Warranty terms and claim process
• Authenticity verification method (OEM proof, invoice traceability, batch/QR/hologram checks)
• Return / replacement policy for incorrect / DOA parts
• Compliance documents required for onboarding

4) Commercials & Service Levels

• Price structure (dealer/wholesale terms)
• Credit / payment terms
• Delivery SLA (Mumbai same-day/next-day; Pan-India lead times)
• Back-order / import support process
