Customer Support Executive
To succeed as a Customer Support Executive, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be professional at all times. These skills will prove helpful when mentoring the representatives in your team and mediating with customer.
Roles & Responsibility :-
- Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about our car workshop services and repair works done to customer.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Attend incoming/walk-in customers at the workshop; greet them with smile, good personality with strong communication skills, and co-ordinate with other department staff.
Qualification :
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-12 years’ experience from automobile industry only.
